– Teacher names

– School names

– School email addresses

– Information submitted through registration forms

– Classroom materials uploaded as part of the exchange programme

Students are not required to create accounts.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

– Manage school registrations

– Match partner schools

– Deliver exchange materials

– Communicate with participating teachers- Improve the programme

Sharing Information

Classroom materials may be shared with matched partner schools participating in the same exchange period.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

Information is retained only for as long as necessary to operate and improve the programme, comply with legal obligations, or support participating schools.

School Access

Registration provides access for the participating school. Access may be used by multiple teachers within the same school.

Exchange Participation

Participation in an exchange period requires schools to submit materials before the stated deadline.

Partner school assignments may change where necessary to ensure programme continuity.

Refunds

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis over the course of the school year.

Limitation of Liability

VOUSED makes reasonable efforts to provide a successful exchange experience but cannot guarantee participation by any specific partner school.
